The Best Brussel Sprouts

Up until today I had no real opinion about brussel sprouts. If someone else made them for me, I'd have a few, but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase them. Tonight, though, I tried out the recipe for The Best Brussel Sprouts from the Vegan Lunch Box cookbook and I was blown away. I made about a third of the recipe since I'm only one person, but they were so good that I wish I'd made more. I'm a convert, I love brussel sprouts.
